Have you ever been a guest to an assisted living community and had to waste time waiting in the lobby, wondering if the person or manager you were there to see even knew you had arrived? Better yet, have you been working for a senior living community, expecting to meet with a guest or representative but never informed of their arrival?
When assisted living communities partner with Accushield, they have an opportunity to set up notifications or alert features. In order to provide the utmost service and experience for residents and guests, operators of senior living communities can be notified when certain guests, residents, vendors, or family or friends arrive.
It could be that the operator of the assisted living community wants to be alerted if a family member signs-in because they aren’t supposed to be on campus. Or, perhaps there is a tour scheduled for the residents, and the operator wants to be alerted immediately when the representative from the tour signs-in.
So, let’s take this tour as an example. When the representative enters your senior living community, they will be politely asked to sign-in to the Accushield Visitor Management System, via the Accushield kiosk. This can be done by the representative him/herself, or by the receptionist at the front desk. Once that person is signed-in, a customized badge will promptly print out for the representative to wear.
As soon as that representative is signed-in via the Accushield guest sign-in kiosk, a text alert is sent to the operator, marketer, or another business manager to inform them that the representative from the tour has arrived.
No longer will you have to worry if your guests are being taken care of at the front desk. You have the tools to be immediately informed when certain people arrive, thereby allowing you the opportunity to provide a first-class experience for anyone who steps foot in your community.
