The Service Provider Exchange (SPEX) is a compilation of features that work to register, credential, and exchange information safely and securely between you and the communities you serve.
We are proud to announce an update that introduces a new home-page with improved staffing insights on the Accushield Platform. This equips you with the ability to update your staff information, register online, and submit data through a user-friendly, self-service website. The biggest change to note is, all of the existing reports that you use today can now be found under the “Reports” tab.
You also have the opportunity to exchange information with new products such as the Marketplace and immediately gain exposure to over 4,000 senior living communities and facilities nationwide.

Here, you can review sign-in and sign-out compliance, community staffing information, missing staff data, and top service types at the community you would like to serve.
Staff Roster – Streamline Account Management
The Staff Roster provides you with the ability to create accounts for staff members, view your staff roster, and edit the existing details registered in the Accushield platform.
Marketplace – Expand Your Market Reach
The Marketplace is your source of shift information and provides future job opportunities for your staff. When you register with the Marketplace, you immediately gain exposure to over 4,000 senior living communities and facilities nationwide. By accessing this target audience, you can improve employee retention and provide higher quality care for your clients.
Here, you also have the ability to view marketplace statistics for missing staff roster data, identify top positions filled, and audit completed vs scheduled shifts.
