What is the Service Provider Exchange (SPEX)?
The Service Provider Exchange (SPEX) is a compilation of features that work to register, credential, and exchange information safely, and securely between you and the communities you serve.
With SPEX, you have with the ability to update your staff information, register online, and submit data through a user-friendly, self-service website. You also have the opportunity to exchange information with new products such as the Care Marketplace and immediately gain exposure to over 4,000 senior living communities and facilities nationwide.

Introducing Document Management For Service Providers
Seamlessly Collect and Update Staff Documents
Working seamlessly with Accushield’s Document Management product, SPEX has been optimized to allow you to upload and manage staff and company documents. This empowers you with the ability to manage documents and share credentials with any Accushield community reducing the need to submit documents multiple times. This new functionality can be found under the “SPEX Documents” tab in the dashboard.

There are two types of documents that you can now collect and submit through SPEX Document Management:
- Staff documents are associated with an individual staff member such as a vaccination, license, or background check.
- Company documents are credentials that serve to verify the company such as a business license or liability insurance.
Please note, your interaction with staff and company documents will vary depending on your designated role type in SPEX.
